Next Step is a nonprofit organization that partners with retailers, home manufacturers, lenders, government agencies and housing advocates to promote factory-built homes as a key part of the solution to the affordable housing crisis. Our network of partners seeks to place factory-built homes in more places across the country, and provides prospective homebuyers with housing counseling and homebuyer education to help them successfully finance and purchase a factory-built home.
